Even though I am a Tekken lightweight I can tell that this game has a ton of depth in both the combat and customization aspects of the game. It is mind boggling to think of all of the different combinations you could come up with making a tag team out of the huge roster, and I could see playing this game for years. I was talking to a coworker at DISH who is really into fighting games, and he recommended this one as a great way to learn how to play them because of the extensive tutorial. I rented it through my Blockbuster Home account from DISH last week and I have been playing it every spare moment I get. I really just need to buy it so I can return it and start getting movies again. I have yet to try the online play, but it is good to know that harder challenges await after I finish all of the offline stuff.

Its a decent game
Team Battle mode offers best vs mode like gameplay
It can be fun
Includes characters that have been missing from Tekken
Ganondorf Armor ( Wii U version only )
Vs mode can only be accessed by two players
Once the characters are ranked up, then offline modes like Ghost Battle and Arcade become too hard, this is a turn off for casual players
Sometimes the added items can be out of place ( Wii U version only )

Nice review overall. Although, I do think a few more things about the game's offline modes and the returning characters could have been mentioned.

Offering a robust fighting experience, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 delivers a sequel well worth the decade long wait. But does it pack enough punch to knock out the competition? Find out inside.
