Yes. Ive found a shiny golbat in the safari zone and caught it. It even had the chance to run! Plus Ive found PKRS in the wild. Yeah, im trying my luck on my electrode now.

You mean one of your eggs hatched a shiny and it only took you nine eggs? Owo, you must be really lucky. I've hatched thousands of eggs probably and never got a single shiny.

Now what should I do with it? Its a neutral nature and im about to post up the IV stats. It only took 9 pokemon to get there. Is that normal? I was going to breed it for my new BW2 team but it may not be the perfect fighter since I dont know its IVs yet.
Should I just try and EV train it anyways for Spd SP Atk? I used a japanese ditto with 31 Sp Atk IVs and a previous Ditto with 29 Spd IV.
