So I was on this quest and this gunner was trying to troll me. So I took his bait expecting there to be barrels but instead he pointed his gun at me and shot out flames -.- now I want it but Idk what it is or how to get it >.< can somebody tell me?

I'm pretty sure the boom is smaller the lower the Lvl although I'm surr lvl1 shots like instantly n lvl3 u have to wait and/or aim Idk I just started gunning today and havent spent any time on it yet
