All I can say is never build Attack Speed before Attack Damage on an AD carry, and get amazing at last hitting, that gold goes a long way.
I've had a bad string of games due to teammates, only the Akali game with 11/7 is what I would consider a good game. I seem to get a ridiculous amount of assists as Ashe, so that bothers me a lot.

A full 5 with one player not level 30, matchmaking will try its best to find a full 5 with one player not level 30 and equal skill, of course parties are going to change things, but if you were to duo Q with a lesser level, you will find lesser levels as your opponents also.
