I was under the distinct impression in the 1st turn he was going to veiler me and then the 2nd turn that he died I thought he would too. He apparently ran sams but he never got the chance to show me. Such a shame too.

As for what they've done overall, Brionac is a lot bigger of an issue. If I had a dollar for every OTK or FTK Brionac enabled... Not to mention completely invalidating certain cards due to its existence. Either way, now we've got Vulcan -- a balanced Brioanc.
Trishula is still busted. It's just done a bit less, overall, when compared to Brionac. I think the reason behind Trishula being unbanned is because they're wanting Synchros to be a legitimate threat once again. Giving them access to Trishula is a huge start in regards to that.

So, hype about Trishula coming back. Even one of my buds says that Trish is more broken than Brio, but...
I could test out Tenki in my Constellar deck, but haven't played them lately. I run the Chaos build cuz Chaos Sorc and BLS are still things.

^ Basically that. Tenki is a requirement in Constellar now. Kaust is one of their most core cards. You need your plays consistent. Therefor, Tenki. Not to mention reusing it with Pleiades is an option as well.
Anyways. Welcome, StarfieldDisarray. We're kiiiiinda in an inactive slump, but it happens. Inactive slump, then activity burst. This format has killed off a lot of interest in YGO from a lot of people. :x New format is bringing people back, though.
