to my understanding, each reviewer tried to always use the same testbed, but between reviewers, there may be significant differences. im sure someone can confirm that.
We all use the same testbed, but it changes over time. When the HAF cases were tested different hardware was used in the testbed, so a comparison wasn't possible without retesting the HAF case, which I no longer had.

the problem is, you cant make comparisons like that, unless every single review is controlled properly. if one reviewer tests a case with a certain set of hardware, every other reviewer must use the exact same set of hardware, and have the exact same ambient temperature, in order to provide an accurate comparison

Decent features but I don't see why a case needs all those little bumps and crannies on the exterior... I like a nice, clean, smooth front to my case (one reason I like the Shinobi's front), even though I'm considering modding it to improve cooling performance, and the Silverstone TJ10. Some people say plain and boring... I say simple and minimalist.
how do reviews work for you guys anyway? do you get the hardware, test it, and then send it back, or...?
TBH when they do the under-the-hood reviews for things like the graphics card, where they completely dismantle the casing, which for normal people would void warranties, I'd imaging the company wouldn't want the card back, unless it's one of their 'reference' cards or something for the series that just so happen to get sent out everywhere for display purposes or something.

Nice features but ugly as *bleep* case. I might be the only one that thinks that way about this case. But I do like the features. Not something I'd buy.

im not sure i understand the point to inverting the mobo tray, but damn, there are some neat features in there. that card support is neat idea.
still feels incomplete without a comparison to the HAFs.
There's not really a "point" to inverting the motherboard tray, it's just something different.
As for the HAF comparison, I unfortunately no longer had the HAF X when the testing for this case was done. Looking at the numbers though, it's probably comparable to them. If anything one would just perform a few degrees C better then the other.

Yeah, I was actually expecting this case to cost more! You definitely get you moneys worth with it.
