Soooo...

I noticed people were running multi-monitor setups with PSO and I got curious about it, naturally the information out there is incredibly awesome as it doesn't say very much.

What you need to do (Vista / 7, probably XP)

My Documents / Sega / Phantasystaronline2 / User.pso (sometimes viewable as just (user).

Do not edit your actual player name file just user.pso

Look for this item:


You'll need to adjust this to your actual expanded resolution like the example below:



After that you need to save the file and then head off to do one more item... changing the desktop setting itself from windowed (top) to virtual fullscreen (bottom) as shown in the picture.



After that you'll have epic desktop space as regular fullscreen mode fails to unite the monitors into a single space or at least it did for me. YMMV
