Well if it notes Logisys on the model it's likely to be them. They outsource products to other companies all the time though like with their fans and CCFL's and such, so the base model might be them or their parent company and everyone just rebrands it and puts their own fans on it from there. Either way it's a bit of a unique model in that it's used across the board by other companies.

Another example with MSI's Twin Frozr II

Not an exact match but the same principle design is applied of the pipe layout and the fins.

So, other companies buy products then sell it as their own ? which makes my VGA cooler an OEM ?

Might be a Logisys model but they didn't mass market it under their label or even as an official Deepcool variant. Just found it listed here as basically an OEM cooler for companies to put their label on.

It also appeared as a Xigmatek Bifrost VD1065 HDT VGA Cooler

I bought a GPU from a guy and it's got a Deepcool VGA cooler with it but I can't identify what it is. I think it's from the Vx000 series coz it has dual fans and 5 heat pipes but I can't find it on their website. V2000 has 2 heat pipes, V4000 has 4 and V6000 has 6. It has 2 fans I only removed the other one.
