For the first time in the main game, the starting town has been more than a sleepy village . Aspertia City has its own Gym, Pokemon Centre, concrete paths and a larger population that earn it the City title.
I'm just wondering if you like the home town like this? Was it an interesting change or did you not even notice? Would you like to see it again? ^^

I dont know...I kind of like the whole champion coming from a small town like previously stated. so I guess I'm not really a big fan of the city...keep it simple I think

I mean i can agree that their will always be changes in games and thats good but to see it evolve to such gets me angry.... Their trying a bit to hard to make these games better.... Pokemon will always be pokemon and i will always love it.. Anyways cnt wait to play it.... ( already pre order ) last week
It sounds cool but i agree with some others that the new changes are a little to over the top... I love the original game line . Think of it this way when you become the champion you feel accomplished coming all the way from a little town... Just goes to show that pokemon is losing their origiinality. But despite that still cant wait for fall ...... And a question were can i play the beta:confused:

I like that they've chosen to do something different for a change and give the starting town a greater sense of importance. ^^ As mentioned, normally the home town is left forgotten from lack of content.

I like this idea, it's good to introduce something new. ^__^ Your hometown is actually something! Instead of two to three houses and a lab that is left and forgotten. I don't care if they continue or don't continue to make the hometown a city tbh.
