Ok guys just like somebody before me I can't seem to get a reply from Neoseeker with my password unlike the other guy I do know my account it's SilentMike I made it months back but didn't use it and was on holiday for couple of months as I finished college in April anyways to the point anyways somebody can reset the password or get a email to me - SilentMike94@hotmail.co.uk

Dynamite Yeah I tried that yesterday and again today no luck so if it's ok can I have my password reset.

I've tested the password request feature and it works fine. We've had issues with the UK version of Hotmail in the past though as they have previously not delivered mail from Neoseeker due to misclassifying them as spam.

SilentMike, I assume you have followed the procedure I outlined to add Neoseeker to your safe senders list? I've actually tested this myself with a UK Hotmail address and it works fine for me. If it doesn't work for you after that point though it will be necessary to have an administrator reset the password or email address assigned to your account manually.

It seems like there have been quite a few issues with the Emailing system recently... could it be a bug?

Or it could just be hotmail.
