Hmm, Dream World Jigglypuff doesn't have the best ability. You might want to try for a regular Cute Charm Jigglypuff. Then I'd try for a nature that either raises So. Attack or Attack. Then give it an Eviolite.

smrise P.S. Almost every pokemon you find at the Dream World (with the exception of legendaries) are Level 10 when you find them.

smrise OK. I've got a Jigglypuff that evovled into Wigglytuff. You have got to realize that if your Jigglypuff doesn't evolve at Level 100 then it's gonna be really weak :I
But other than evolving it that's the best think I can think of. Good luck.

Soo, I'm playing Pokemon with my boyfriend, he's got white, I've got black, and my favorite pokemon is Jigglypuff, cause it's cute. Stupid reason to love a pokemon, /maybe/, but anyway, my Jigglypuff keeps getting totally annihilated. I found him as an Igglybuff in Dream World and evolved it, don't remember what level, and I don't want to evolve him to a Wigglytuff. Any suggestions on how to make it stronger? Or at least so it doesnt get killed so easily. It's level 43, and its stats are:
