Is Rapid Fire the best Jett free skill book to get?
Edit: Great 2x exp day! Got my Jett from lv73-101 (mainly during the 2x exp event). I love training on monsters 15-20+ levels higher than me and still be able to kill them in 1-2 hits. Went to Captains at lv90 and was 1-2 hit killing them easily.

Actual success rates and formulas are kept server side, that's not something Fiel would know for sure using extractions. He could have made guesses, but in all honesty I wouldn't be surprised that nexon screwed up a scroll. Probably just copy-pasted a normal pot scroll and forgot to switch out the boom rate for 0% or something along those lines.
I thought Fiel proved that 100%'s don't have a slight chance of failure? (ofcourse, the scroll could be coded crappily. Or Nexon broke it this patch, since it seemed like these scrolls only started to boom stuff since Jett came out). Though, since he does make a few mistakes here and there, I'd 100% believe his proof if he only used GMS data instead of BMS data to prove it.
If it's all false and every pic about it was edited, then I wonder what's the punishment for sending a false report.
From now on every glitch and mishap in this game shall be attributed to "JETT~!!!"

Dunno for Jett, for your NL you will probably have to wait until you are eligable in order to use the QT book, so at least level 120, probably with QT10 already in your book, maybe need 5 points in it.
TT is now a third job skill, if you bring any TT books to Cassandra (I think it's her), she will let you exchange it for a new fourth job book of your choice.

Added all the new skill points to new skills up until lv107 (what lvl my Hermit is). Already had 20 dark flare, so I guess that skill got maxed early (unless I use the free sp reset scroll I got and put those points into Venom [the next maxed skill on the list before DF]).
What free skill book should I get? Quad Throw?
Dear god yes QUAD THROW, those mastery books are the most expensive Thief-specific book in existence that NL's can use, and you max that skill out first anyway.
Venom vs DF first is preference, I like Venom personally, but both skills are trash until you start bossing. DF reflects 1/1 damage, meaning it actually does decent things to your DPS when fighting a major boss, and Venom gets upgraded 4th job to stack up like old venom did, and do decent DPS.
Went to go get Quad Throw but there is something wrong and I cannot get it (nothing happens when I click). Also, is Quad Star the same as Quad Throw? (that is the one in the list of books now)
Just got my Jett to lv70. What mastery book should I select when it allows me to?

Oh, for those of you who are trying to get Renegade coins, the returning Pink Zakum raid gave me 15 coins (after the entire server crashed incidentally), so there a source of coin income there.

World Tour monster cards aren't dropping (aside from the Mushie Shrine ones. I couldn't get Hime cards or Black Crow Card, and the Showa yakuza guys aren't dropping ANYTHING. Not even the cards I need. Only monsters immune are the critters lounging outside Mushie Shrine, BlueMushdad/mum, and for some reason most of the graveyard monsters, even though the Hime card doesn't drop)
