Looking through Serebii, I saw they made a new page dedicated to the new items in B/W2, one of which is called the Shining Charm.
Now, the item description says it is an item that increases the encounter rate for shiny Pokémon!
I find this item to be pretty exciting tbh, and I'm curious to see exactly how it works. Might make finding a shiny Pokémon a little less of a "rare novelty" though.
So, what do you guys think?

Is there any way to have someone send you a Shiny Charm? If so, is anybody willing to send me theres. I have beat the game all the way through. Did all the postgame mission things, now all i want is to have all shiny pokemon. Will somebody help me out please? I have white 2, and my friend code is 2924 7304 1049
At least Elm would of gave it to me no problem, he wouldn't ask me to catch pathetic pokemon I don't even use.
Yes he would, the Professor's duty is to give you the PokeDex so that you do go out and catch everything.

Why cant I just team up with Ghetsis, Colress, N, Rood and Zinzolin and form the New Plasma and steal the shiny charm off of Juniper.
I hate Juniper!

I know, I meant if you obtain more than one illegitimately. Ran a quick experiment on a rom and it turns out that no matter how many you have, it will only act as one in game.
