I've seen a few videos on youtube now that has people using daggers during solo missions that already have lightning or cold enchantments already on there. Is there a way to enchant weapons to do such?

Olso in the vandents camp going to the helling spring if u kill all wit the meteor sourcerer skill you get a cool archstafe of ice well i did . Sary on spelling

Patience.. unfortunately. There's nothing you can do to force drop rates in chests of from mobs.
It keeps spawning a hunter's bow, is there a trick to making it spawn something different?

You can find the galvanic razors at the female bandit camp. One of the watch posts has a lever that opens the main gate, creating a shortcut for those brave enough to venture through the camp. That same post that has that lever has an exposed roof (wear and tear to the structure). Climb up there and find the 'better than average looking treasure box' and save before opening it.
Once it saved, open the sucker up. One of the items that has a chance of spawning is the galvanic razors (lightning). Otherwise you can give the gold idol to Caxton and eventually as you progress in the story he'll start selling plenty of elemental weapons. Elemental weapons have the ability to do the most damage if you stack the two strength and two magic augments to boost its power. Downside is some enemies may be immune to a particular element, though you can always grab another elemental from Caxton as a backup or just use a regular non-enchanted pair to tackle whatever enemy you're on.
What's more, elemental weapons can trigger secondary effects when attacking enemies. Fire element sets enemies on fire from time to time. Lightning will chain-strike all nearby enemies on occasion, causing them to get stunned and fall flat on the ground for a few seconds. Ice can freeze an enemy, which can then shatter if hit enough times for an instakill. Not quite sure what darkness does, and somebody mentioned holy has a chance to absorb hp from undead. (so does darkness absorb hp from the living?)
