Jesus, getting promoted was harder than I thought it would be. Took until the last day, and against the bottom dwellers of my league. I laughed that the Game Winner was by Kalla who was literally out for the entire season. Like his 3rd game back, and he secures promotion for me!
Only managed third after dwelling on 2nd for the whole season. My biggest achievement was probably playing some of the most entertaining matches all season by scoring a league high 64 and conceding 40. In one game I scored 3, and then almost blew that lead when they scored 2! Thankfully I scored another 2 restoring my 3 goal lead, but then they scored another 2! FFS this game plays with my heart sometimes...
Schieber, who I bought from Dortmund, was the Top Scorer of the league and the Assist Leader of both the Cup and the League! And somehow he didn't win player of the season. Baffling to be honest.
In the team of the season the only players of mine in it are offensive ones! Morillo, Scheiber and F.Kroos all did really well. And of course with being promoted I've gotten a massive affection boost for all my players. Which I'm extremely thankful for as I'm worried I'll lose Morillo or Schieber, but I should be fine with them both on 3 year deals.
Anyway... Schieber was amazing contributing in 36 goals. Really tailed off after January though... as did Morillo. If they hadn't tailed off, and Koln weren't so bloody dominant I reckon I could have won the league, and instead I'm happy to be promoted!
Hopefully I'll be able to keep everyone. Not sure if I can stregthen too much considering how low on the pecking order I am, but I'll try.
Worked pretty well in D2, but what about the Bundesliga? D:
Edit: Femari - Lmao, Ebbers is on team originally. I sold him as soon as I could. He must have regenerated. Also for anyone thinking that my Nouhei might not have advanced as well I messed up, and didn't pick him up at the start of the season so he only played the second half of the season which obviously means less experience.
Edit2: Well that was a horrid transfer window. So many teams wanted Schieber and Morillo... I might have let Schieber go, but considering he's on a 3 year contract I can at least keep him around for another year, and make much more off of him when I sell/keep him. However, the Morillo bids were insulting... 600k was the highest offer I got. And now they're both quite pissed at me unfortunately. Well, whatever I'll make it work and get them to like me again before I start playing them. Ungrateful bastards.
Had one of the worst draws for a first match in the Bundesliga... Schalke. However it wasn't that much of a horror show, and I ended up winning the game 2-0. Without Morillo, and Schieber had walked off injured after 45 minutes. But I know I won't be able to defend like I did for the whole season. A fair few teams are going to wreck me, but as long as I'm a dominant team at home I should easily stay up, and potentially push for Europa league. However, I'll have to see how I fair against the other teams. Played Hoffenheim and Stuttgart last season and barely beat Hoffenheim and got wrecked by Stuttgart. Mainly only looking to stay up, but after that result I'm pretty positive.

So I'm now in my 3rd year. I got promoted to Bundesliga now, winning 2.Bundesliga a month prior to it ending. In back to back years I got knocked out of the DFB-Pokal by Bayern in the semis, both times a 3-2 loss. My goal this year is Europa League.
Anyway this is my squad now.
I sold Neillendner and Wroughllen ages ago, and that Kern kid is a youth star who's supposed to be like Higuain (aka he gets super sub, underwhelming). I also had Pizarro but I sold him the year I got him cause I was offered 2.5 mil. So now I have a good scout and I want to try and get a more solid CB to partner with Nouhei. I'm thinking eventually I will sell Morillo and move Gundogan up to his natural position, but I want to wait for An Yong Hak to get a bit better before I start him at DMF. Either that or I sell Ramzi as he'll peak early and I could get a lot of money for a player like him.
Oh and there are two players not shown on the bench and those are Savelloni the GK from Pescara and a Ebbers who is a 58 Overall CF from the youth squad. I also have a RMF out on loan named Thomasson. He's only 20, free roaming and 74 Overall.
As you can probably see I have a very young side. Only 5 players are over 25. I'll probably be adding a few regens when January comes around. Need a new back-up goalkeeper as well then I think we're sorted. Missed out on Lezzerini from Fiorentina because I left it too late. Will see what the Youth Team brings in January. Have a very healthy balance right now with 168m if I want to thanks to the low wages of the youngsters. Trying to get Neymar to replace Totti who should be retiring next season. It's not the end of the world if I can't get him though.
LAST SEASON
We won the Serie A! On the last day as well. Was *bleep*ing beautiful! Throughout the season we were always 2nd, 3rd or 4th with Juventus and Milan. Inter were miles ahead until the last few games. They just needed to avoid a loss against Siena and they would have won. Juventus in the same situation as us needed a win and they would have wrapped up the title on goal difference. Although neither of them won, we did and lifted the trophy. Was so nervous at the end. Seeing the players celebrate though was a great relief. Didn't really expect anything above 3rd but we managed! One of the worst defences in the league countered by a Destro and Lamela inspired attack got us through. Destro winning the Golden Boot and Lamela with MVP and Leading Assists awards. We breezed through the Italian Cup right up until the last 10 minutes of the final against Juventus. We lost a 3-1 lead thanks to a couple of bad mistakes by me. We then sadly lost on penalties. Just guess it wasn't to be!
SEASON OBJECTIVES
At least a top 2 finish again this year. Inter just bought Cristiano though so they'll probably be unbeaten. Definitley want to keep a few more clean sheets than last year, goals should come naturally. Really want to go all the way in the Cup this year. Not changing our 4-3-3 possession tactics yet. Maybe edge in a 4-2-3-1 after January to counter attack teams. Also want to develop youth more. Depends what regens I buy.
Mr_Bungle you mean to say you started with Liverpool and released the only former Ajax player they had!? Shocking!
Well, if you put it that way... YES! But again, he's a rotten egg, a bad apple, Liverpool don't need those (being a former Ajax player only gave me more reason to release him;-))

So Bayern Munich bought Messi for 80 mil in my ML. I have to play them next in DFB-Pokal semis. I don't like this.

You're not wrong, but on my game he's listed as a LMF, RMF, CMF, AMF, SS and CF lol.

Most of these guys have been on free transfers as money is very tight. I'm still in D2 and I'm just about to start my second season.

If I can find a kitpack the won't overwrite the PES League I'd have started with Arsenal and done a youth save. Also, Morillo just seems like a typical Arsenal midfielder doesn't he!
