Yeah I usually get the houses in that area they look nicer than the ones towards the middle of town which always seem to look tacky. Maybe that's just me, though.

I found it. Its the one that's close to the water its worth $19,723. It by the bistro but to the bottomleft of the houses that cost $12,000 and $13,000.

The first time I played I picked a house with a wall tv all ready. (But my cousin who didn't know I had a lv where I had all stats filled and final lv of criminal carrer he deleted it) I can't find the house again I found by accident before. If anyone knows where it is can they tell me.
