The inevitable has occurred, first Warriors, now Magicians. Also Spadow said the data confirms that Archers are next. There's also some PvP graphics shoved in this patch, so KMS could be preparing to re-release that.
Calling this a "reorganization" is a stretch, it's all some number tweaks. Straight copy-paste from OM:

Magic Claw (1st): damage has been increased from 120% to 130%, number of monsters hit has been increased from 3 to 4
Fire/Poison Mage

Oh of course, I was just talking in terms of straight power.
Evo I+II+III & a Crit ring is the "Cheap but effective" set that people who can't get Arky rings use, once they can grab those rings, Evo I+II get popped out. If they ever get super rich and want to blow a couple hundred bucks cubing a ring, Almighty pops out the last Evo. This new ring would just be the new and better option when throwing money at your screen to replace Evo III rings.

Almighty isn't really worth getting unless you really have a lot of NX to cube. Most people just use the Evo III ring. Costwise, Arkariumx2, Crit and Evo III is the best at the moment, provided you can hunt for all the items required for the Arkarium rings.

She probably does. Pendant or Belt maybe, I dunno, haven't read the patch notes. It doesn't matter to me, I don't have any chars with godly % items so I wouldn't be able to get anything anyway, because I can't kill.

If I recall correctly top tier set is currently Arky - Arky - 10%Crit - Almighty, the new ring would pop out Almighty since it's better stats and a higher potential tier. That is unless Hilla dropped rings that bumped out Almighty already, I honestly forgot most of her patch data.
Including two rings (a 1/1/1/1 and a 5/5/5/5) that can have potential. One is tier 1, one is tier 2. The second one would be our new top-tier ring, provided the player spends a couple hundreds dollars to build it up.
Nope. Arkarium rings are better still since they also can have potential

More has happened:
This is a patch from in-between the mage changes, it brings in hccooldown timers as well as some PvP potions and the like. hc-tags are for PvP I believe, the new variables for that. Not sure why they didn't just use the old ones but whatever.

Making a new mage and getting it to 50 (and then getting 3000 monster kills) nets you a ring, 3/3/3/3 0/2 with 5% crit.
After level 70 and another 3000 kills, you get a wand and staff.
Better versions of the previous Maple Equipment got released
