I will skip the HD remake. Also, if they don't put a save point after that boss battle in the air with that giant dragon like thing lol Who's with me?

Of course, how can anyone not like those cutscenes. My point was this:

I think the point they were making was to include it merely for the fact of skipping cutscenes should you be killed after some long sequences.
Square always have these annoyances in their games, that I always wonder what was going on in their heads.

It would be a shame if someone just skipped the cutscenes for two reasons.

1. It's the HD remake!

2. What separates FFX from most other RPGs is its amazing storyline. By far the best story told through a video game imo.

ugh, I hate when there is a long cutscene before a battle, then you die and have to watch it all over again. ugh ugh

I do hope they make the scenes skipable, although I probably won't skip them. At least the first time I play it. Why get an HD version if I'm just going to skip the cutscenes. XD

It's a good option for those who want it, so it may as well be applied to the game, however I wouldn't use it. Final Fantasy X cut-scenes were not the best but half the reason to see upgrades graphics is through them too and to re-learn the whole story, well at least for me as I've forgot.

And some people just don't wish to watch them again, either way I did say they should add them for people that require it but I myself wouldn't use it :)

Yeah I agree the cutscenes should be made skippable for the HD version.

The giant dragon thing on the airship was easy. Just constantly cheer with Tidus, Haste, and use the cannons whenever Cid lets you
Yes, it wasn't that hard but..

..it took me a couple times to kill evearae and then when i did i died somehow to thos guys with the flamethrowers! Not very fun at all lol
I'm playing Square's Chrono Cross now and it has the same problem at places, but in this game you can at least backtrack most of the time to save game.
