No, but the brazilian team developed a program to be able to look onto the game code, they checked who drops what and the UCC cards arent droppablñe since the flag, trigger, whatever you want to call it is set to 0 or in other words is not turned on, the mod however has a 20/2000 chance for those cards plus they are droppable, and i possibly have duels that range on the millions as i have beenb playing this game for a long time, since the 2003-2004 i think i've beaten it multiple times with numerous save files, so please if you dont believe me ask Infamous_666 as he is the other person who is left aside me and Xeropolis who know a lot of this game since devilbeast and maged01 left neo or this forum in particular.

Well then how exactly can I get my hands on this "mod"?

See I don't believe that, I think any card is obtainable just depending on who you duel and how many times you duel them. Otherwise how else would you unlock every card in the game? Not only that, but too many people have claimed to win cards like (GG, BEUD, PUGM, BSD, Right & Left Legs of Exodia, etc.) and not everyone is a low-lifed loser who will go through all of that bs about hacking or cheating just to get a few cards. They must've unlocked them by beating someone over and over again, I mean not everyone even knows how to cheat on this game. Like me for example, I don't have the slightest clue how to cheat on this game. I know people say stuff like gameshark but Idk how to get that. And neither does a lot of other people.

you cant unlock the cards, the programmers made those card to be attainable with the japanese version of the game, the thing is that the japanese version had a few option via pocketstation, when the game was ported the programmers removed the pocketstation option from the game but forgot to remove the 0% of drop rate, card lottery worked like this:

you have 3 BEWD and one UBEWD ritual card, you exchange those four cards for a copy of UBEWD, same goes for a lot of things, card lottery had also a lottery function, you would win some card like leghul and so by playing a lottery.

the game memory has the cards, but the game code itself has set it to never drop, there IS however a mod of the game, you need either a PSP or an emulator to play it and all 722 cards can be obtained.
