If you're not sure who he is, be sure to read up on him!
He's an American astrophysicist and IMO one of the most intellectual individuals currently alive.

The podcast starts off pretty shitty, Joe talks about moon landing conspiracy theories for FAR too long. After that, it was mostly awesome. I hope Tyson returns to the podcast soon without having to be forced to watch moon landing videos.

Moon talk ends at around 40 minutes.

Edit:
"We're going to do more of these hopefully! NDT will be back. He's in town for a long while in the next 6 months I think. Sorry about the moon talk, but just to let everybody know it was certainly NOT my intention to include it as a discussion point, but once he started talking about it I had to get his take on some things." - Joe's post on his forum

Prepare for 2 hours of enlightenment. To anyone not familiar with the podcast, Rogan interviews guests for 2+ hours in a very informal manner, they basically just talk about whatever. After the stream ends, the mp3 will be on iTunes, just search for Joe Rogan, and the video will always be available on Ustream.

^ Ah, Sagan and Cosmos.

One of the most important pieces of media man has ever created in my opinion. A really well developed overlap of practical philosophy and cosmology.

People throw this around too often these days, but he is/was trully one of the greatest minds of recent generations.
