During the events of OoT Aveil is the leader of the Gerudo in the Gerudo Fortress. In terms of ranking, only Ganondorf and Nabooru are above her. The latter, who is normally in charge, is in the Spirit Temple looking for a treasure.
Aveil is not hostile toward Link. In fact when they meet she congratulates him for besting several of their elite. Inspired by his abilities - despite being a male - she makes him an honourary member and grants him full access to the Gerudo Fortress, allowing Link to partake in horseback archery, the training grounds and the Haunted Wasteland.
She also returns in MM as the leader of the Gerudo looking for treasure in the Great Bay. And in the original OoT, her clothes would change colour according to the tunic Link is wearing.
So what do we think of Aveil? Does she, alongside Nabooru, display a developing weakness in the once very secretive group of women? Does she perhaps also have feelings toward Link? Should she have had a bigger role and returned at the Spirit Temple? Is she in any way supportive of Ganondorf?

I can see her doing that as well. With the guards able to flip backwards and hang on the ceiling, who knows the full capabilities that Aveil has.

I like when they reveal that it's her, but the actual battle does suck.
Also, just to add, I imagine Aveil could climb pillars or hang off the ceiling.

That Iron Knuckle version of Nabooru was such a huge disappointment of a battle, don't remind me.

And have her return in the Spirit Temple. Perhaps fail against the Iron Knuckle version of Nabooru.
With all that her character would be fleshed out quite a bit. Which is why I think SS does so well, because all characters get enough time in the spotlight.

It can fit in well. We fight her inside the Training Grounds first. After the battle, she challenges us to a horseback battle at the archery range.

I was thinking that she could have Fire Arrows of her own and we see which one prevails over the other.

Well, for example she could surround herself in a shield of fire and be able to shoot fireballs, and the only time you can damage her is after using an Ice Arrow to temporarily get rid of the fire or something.

Now you're talking. That room would be pretty decent for a boss fight. As for why you'd need them, perhaps give her some fire power or something.
