Is there a difference in training a Pokemon you caught at level 30, compared to training one you caught at level 5, or even breeding and hatching one out of an egg? I've read about EV's n stuff like that but I don't quite get those. I'd like an answer that doesn't correlate with EV's at all if possible. Thanks
Also, if a Pokemon uses an EXP. Share for the majority of its level progression, does that make it weaker? And if your designated Pokemon is holding a Macho Brace, does that change anything for your Pokemon holding EXP. Share? Thanks in advance guys, sorry if I'm being complicated :3

Hey i though i would ask a question here to save a new thread, if a pokemon is holding a (lucky)? egg,(the egg that boost exp) and is also traded from another game (so already attains boosted exp) will it get the benefit of both or just one? I hope that makes sense.
Anyway.. I have another question. Does the daycare effect any of the Pokemon's stats in a negative way?
Not overall. The main difference is that when levelling in Daycare (or by Rare Candies) your pokemon is not receiving any EVs so isn't getting any bonus stat points. However, you can earn and max out your EV count at any time so it would simply be a matter of earning those extra stat points later.

pokemam No, it does not matter if you train a Pokemon you caught at Lv30 or Lv5. It's all about how you train your Pokemon.
If you battle with a Pokemon against only Zubats, your Pokemon will have a higher Speed stat at Lv100. If you battle with the same Pokemon against only Geodudes, your Pokemon will have a higher Defense stat at Lv100.
Using EXP share does not make it weaker at all. And no, Macho Brace only affects the Pokemon that is holding it, not the Pokemon with EXP share.
