What sorts of things do you do in order to keep yourself in good shape?
Personally, I'm an avid runner and I try to run at least couple of miles every day. I think it's really important to stay fit and healthy and it makes me feel great doing it. On days that I skip or an unable due to injury or whatever, I really do miss it. This kinda started in school when I was noted as being a great long distance/cross-country runner and it continued from there. My cardiovascular fitness is very good thanks to this. I run outside, btw, never on treadmills. I don't see the fun in that... I like being out and about, taking in the sights around me and such.
Would love to here about everyone's fitness regimes or whether you even bother at all.

I am a really lazy person but manage to not get very fat. I spend most of my time playing video games and watching TV but what i do is jog in place, do push ups, and sometimes jumping jacks during commercials and or loading screens

ive actually gone up to 53 kilos ever since i started drinking oil. luckily theres not much of a taste...

...yet i barely hover above 50 kilos
I'm 6'5" and about 225lbs (~101-102kg?). I look a little skinner than I'd like, but it's hard when you're so tall. The only exercise I get is at work doing construction which is helping me bulk up I've noticed, and I eat quite a bit in a day but I just keep getting heavier without really looking it.

Maybe if he was a sumo wrestler I would say, "please don't eat me". If you really do look like that in the picture, no homo, but that's pretty good. I just didn't want you to think I was connecting the sumo wrestler to you.
