Wrex: The genophage is a lot easier to swallow when all krogan are savage monsters, isn’t it? Why don’t you head back to the Normandy, kid? If you stay here in the real world, you might have to learn something.

Liara: Considering the diminished numbers of the krogan, Wrex, I’m surprised that you are willing to fight and kill them.
Wrex: Anyone who fights us is either stupid or on Saren’s payroll. Killing the latter is business. Killing the former is a favor to the universe.

Shepard: You were a Spectre. You swore to protect the galaxy. Then you broke that vow to save yourself.
Saren: I'm not doing this for myself. Don't you see, Sovreign will succeed. It is inevitable. My way is the only way any of us will survive. I'm forging an alliance between us and the Reapers, between organics and machines, and in doing so, I will save more lives than have ever existed. But you would undo my work. You would doom our entire civilization to complete annihilation, and for that, you must die.

Shepard: You think I'm crazy, don't you?
Wrex: Sometimes crazy is the best way to go.

Shepard: Twenty years is a long time to hold a grudge.
Zaeed: A grudge?! Vido turned my men against me. He paid six of them to restrain me while he put a gun to my head and pulled the trigger. For twenty years I've seen that bastard every time I've closed my eyes. Every time I've sighted down on a target. Every time I've heard a gunshot. Don't you call that a goddamn grudge.
Shepard: You survived a gunshot to the head?
Zaeed: Yeah, and you survived your ship getting disintegrated. A stubborn enough person can survive just about anything. Rage is a hell of an anesthetic.

Aria: I’m the boss, CEO, queen if you’re feeling dramatic. It doesn’t matter. Omega has no titled ruler and only one rule. Don’t f**k with Aria.

The Illusive Man: You need to put your personal feelings aside. Humanity is up against the greatest threat of our brief existence.

Javik: Because you still have hope that this war will end with your honor intact. Stand in the ashes of a trillion dead souls, and ask the ghosts if honor matters. The silence is your answer.

Udina: If we don't figure out something, "Maybe Later" will be an epitaph on a mass grave of eleven billion.
