Yeah DarshD. It's not that Naughty Dog "only cares for online players".
Like I said in my last post, I actually usually get pissed off at single-player DLC (unless it is released long after) because that's when the developers are being "greedy dogs". Like, if something that was obviously planned, or even ready when the game came out, but isn't on the game...it's like releasing an unfinished game, and then making us pay more to get the full experience.

I like nice, large DLC's like Oblivion: Shivering Isles, and GTA IV's Lost and Dammed/Ballad of Gay Tony, that are released a long time after the game is out.

Though I must say I wouldn't mind some Uncharted 3 DLC. The game was too short.

Yeah, that point is right. Many times they got it planned for the main game but they try to earn more money on it and break it down in these DLCs. This is a disadvantage of modern online gaming. Because in PS2 days, developers or publishers didn't have options like these.

GTA and Oblivion weren't even thought about when the main game was released. So, some DLCs tell us a different perspective of the main story or try to give us more content. But yes, agree. Many of them are done to milk the game.

Indeed. Uncharted 3 felt shorter than UC2. It's really rushed near the end. By 'rush' I mean, they could easily fit in more set pieces between some near the end chapters.
There should a DLC telling us the story of Salim, Charlie and younger day adventures of you know who. Wouldn't that be awesome, Agent Mo ? However, I do agree with you about 'releasing' a complete single player game instead of relying on DLCs to make it complete. That is one many good things about ND. Just that they should experiment in sp DLC area someday. Maybe in the Last Of Us ....That would bring smile on faces of many fans including....me

Naughty Dog already said that they won't make Single Player DLC (this was back in the Uncharted 2 days) because they like their single player experiences to be full, proper experiences so that they can build up certain themes and such, rather than a one or two hour side mission type thing that doesn't feel attached. Fair enough i say.

Nice joke Mo, I didn't get it at first. Probably because I didn't read it on April 1.

Anyway, I rarely even play multiplayer in UC3, so I don't really care. Now if it was single player DLC...I'd probably be pissed. Anyways, ND said they wouldn't make any SP DLC...
