As the title says,

1. Killing Banshees the easy way. This is an Engineer job. You can either Absorb Shield and then drop a decoy, or you can Overload to get her attention and then cast a drone in front of you at your feet. Afterwards, she will warp into the drone and get stuck so you and your team can freely shoot her.

2. Recruit Packs are pretty worthless. Since the demo, they were gimped in order to make the spectre packs more viable. Also, do not use real money to buy the packs because there is a glitch where the pack doesnt save but your money is gone forever.

3. Gold - Firebase White - Geth
Set up:
-2 Quarian Infiltrators, 2 Vanguard specialized for shockwave.
1 of each will pair into groups and guard the top and bottom for the stairs in the level. The quarian spams sabotage while the vanguard uses shockwave to push everyone back and keep the team safe.

-3 Quarian Infiltrators, 1 Salarian Engineer
The whole team camps the computer room and the infiltrators sabotage everything. The Engineer uses decoy to keep the focus off the party.

4. If you are playing any class that focuses most of their damage on powers rather than guns, than use the M-8 Avenger and nothing else for 200% recharge... assuming you pick weight reduction instead of weapon damage.

I find that the Vorcha, either solder or sentinel, works very well against reapers. Just spam the flame thrower maxed out for damage. It will take a brute down in one 5 second burn (On silver). Once the banshee has lost her barrier, it will go down like a candle in an oven.

Have two Vorcha and any other classes that take down shields/barriers, and on Gold Reapers, your in good standing for a win. Plus Vorch regen health if you keep blood lust permanently on. Max that out for the max regen stacks. Dont put any points in the grenade skill. Go all out for power bonuses too.

I'll use most classes on silver, not too hard if your not an idiot. I always make it my mission to revive a team mate if they go down. +1 for team work.

P.s, sorry for the crap structure to my suggestion, i'm on a stone over

All I can think is how terrible you guys must be at this game lmao, i will play as whatever character with whatever weapons give me one engineer doesn't matter what race and one infiltrator doesn't matter what race and its all over. My favorite loadout for gold is salarian engineer with cloak and energy drain maxed, for guns I like carnifex X with damage boost and scope its a mini sniper rifle also I like the mattock X with ammo and armour peircing you don't kill things as fast as an infiltrator with head shot weapon damage and cloak maxed with say a valiant but I always come out first with a row full of medals and very rarely lose gold with any group

i hate people go all lone wolf on shit (which in the first round on Bronze is acceptable) but on silver in round 6 it seems to be common sense to NOT MELEE A *bleep*ING BANSHEE AT FULL BARRIER AND ARMOR and i shit you not, i have seen people do that and i laugh over my mic. but me personally i has the Talon shotgun pistol thing (i think it kicks ass) at MKIII and I'll be with maybe another player acting as a wingman taking down enemies. then out of *bleep*ing nowhere some ass playing as a salarian (class doesnt mean shit in this situation) shows up with a javalin or widow and goes ape-shit while he's by him/herself and is ambushed and dies every round because no one wants to babysit a stupid sniper that can't drop his scope for 4 second to check his back. im not saying sniping is bad but when no one wants to help you because you suck THAT BAD, you need to practice sniping in single player or something before hand.

on another note: i have noticed that the number of people who play as vanguard (i switch between Drell vanguard and Male Human Soldier) tend to try and solo things. me? i follow someone around if they dont use a mic and help them wether they like it or not. i get hate mail from people saying, and i quote "I DONT NEED YOU TO BABYSIT ME" i must be playing on the wrong server because i meet some real stupid people

I play the multiplayer a good deal and find that people tend to rely far too heavily upon their biotics to save them in a tight spot. However my stratagem relies heavily on having simply a bigger and very effective gun than the other guy using the biotics as support to be used only when necessary. However that stratagem is for the bullet sponge classes (vanguard, soldier, sentinel). I detest the manner in which most people use their vanguards, the vanguard has very obvious advantages in close quarters naturally, thus it is at long range that the vanguard must use their weapons. When I use a Krogan I use a sniper rifle, for the simple reason that if I remain at a long range providing support for my squad at the back while being in a position to reinforce as needed I can handle anything. If an enemy is unfortunate enough to pass my friends I can handle anything close range short of a banshee in which case all my squad is expected to help.

That is the first part of my advice, use your weapons to cover your weeknesses. The second is communication and leadership. In order to be successfull on the harder difficulties one must work with the rest of the squad it is thus necessary that someone take control and coordinate the squad so as the keep it as whole as possible. Potential leaders make sure you have a medic and keep your people in control. There are fine lines between valliance bravery and stupidity. Bravery is doing what you must stupidity is trying to do more than you can be expected to when it is not necessary. The better parts of vallor are doing what must be done, attempting the hopeless if it is needed, and knowing when it is pointless to do either (know when to back off). So, be brave and valliant but not stupid.

But Human Adepts also get Warp and Singularity, so they can set up their own explosions as well.
But Batarians can't die. And they have the special ability to cast racial slurs against his enemies reducing self-esteem by 25 points while buffing his ignorant ego by 75 points.

Two Salarian Engineers and Turian Sentinals/Geth Engineers work quite well together, on certain maps such as Firebase Glacier or Hydra.

Infiltrators are also good choice but they need something to detract attention from them in order to kill enemies such as decoys for instance. I haven't seen many successful pure melee builds on gold though, there are always a few lemons that try to melee a Geth Prime, which makes me laugh.

It's actually partially dependent on gold. Shields tend to be non-existent unless your a Batarian, Krogan or Geth specced for survival.

Well, actually, just a Batarian, but you're supposed to find that out on your own.

Also. Apparently, Defensive Justicar + Melee Batarian(Bubble a non-Banshee boss enemy) = God.

However, Human Adept + Offensive Justicar = Two Gods.
batarian sentinel plus offensive justicar = cheap and broken.
