Welcome to the Anime Spring Forum Header Contest!

Aaand the time is upon us to refresh the header with something new for this year o3o! I can't actually describe Spring for you right now because England's been giving me 20mph winds and pelted with rain today >__>;;. Try to create the best visually appealing header/footer for the Anime forum, guiz 8D.

Winner shall be the user who creates a header/footer that really shouts out SPRING! The winner is decided by community vote, so just win the hearts of the regulars and you'll do fine XD. Please do participate whether as a entree or a voter!

Rules:

Submissions are open only to members of Neoseeker.
There is no limit on how many entries you may submit.
Header size must be no greater than 200 pixels high and 700 pixels wide and no greater than 300 Kb.
Footers should be no greater than 150 pixels high and 450 wide and no greater than 175 Kb.
All submissions must be your own work. Asking for suggestions is fine as long as you do the work.

If you wish to learn more about how to make quality banners, you should check out the Graphics and Animation Forum. There are many tips and tutorials available in their sub-forum as well. If you still need help you can try the following, Site/Forums Help and QA forum.

Deadline for entries is two weeks from today, so 21st March!

Voting shall follow right after it, so from 21st March to the 28th March!

Voting will take place via PM. Please send it to me so I can tally up properly xD.

It will be a points system, with your first choice being 5 points, 2nd choice 3 points and third choice 1 point. You don't have to fill everything out if you don't want to, but it will be most appreciated if you do <3. If you vote for only 1 header/footer, they will only count for 3 points.

Yeah, I'll admit to that Mastix. And yesh, I know you like making banners as well. Just if you don't have TIME to do it, I'm offering my services 8D.

It's too bad the header has to share it's glory time with many other slides about the cons.
