The spiders only scared me in OoT for the N64.I`m not sure why, but it feels like the people at nintendo numbed their apperence to make it appeling to today's yonger kids.

So Skulltula and spider webs may have not get the job done in scaring me but Bongo Bongo sure did when I was young, like seven. Its giant eye and fists appeared in one of my dreams and I tried to wake up, only to have it punch the crap out of my dream self, thus waking up then. I remember vigorously turning off my N64 when it killed me and sent me all the way back to the beginning. If I knew cuss words back then, I would of used them all.

Yup. Well, if you want to count the green blood, then no.
My original 64 version of this game had red blood in it, which is long lost.

You have to put yourself in Link's boots. How would you feel being unable to move while it creeps closer with its awkward erratic movements, knowing your gonna get its blank face stare into you, and will likely be the last thing you'll see before you go bye-bye?
I must say dead hand still creeps me to this day, reason being take another look at my first paragraph. yikes...
The whole concept of that thing reminds me of that Sleep Paralysis problem that some people suffer from. Must be absolutely terrifying for them.

Hahaha yeah Dead Hand is sure a bizarre monster, but for some reason I don't find it as scary as other monsters I have seen. Though lets be honest: Almost everything you find in the Shadow Temple is bizarre as hell.

I agree with Vermillion. For sure.
I think I was in one of the rooms in Ganon's Castle, and I didn't even notice a wall master falling onto me. Nothing scarier than a wrinkly hand grabbing your shirt and pulling you to the roof.
