Right new thread. Cheltenham is up soon, really excited, only got a few bets on at the moment (£12 in total) hope to have £50 to splash and make some money at least.

One thing I would say in the Grand National. Some massive prices at the moment. I am going to give you 2 tips from me that are big prices and have a good chance of running a good race:

Niche Market @ 25/1 - Good jumper and can jump the fences, ran with Ballabriggs all the way till the 3rd last, worth another shot and can get in a place this time at least.

Black Apalachi @ 40/1 - 2nd 2 years ago and injury stopped him from racing again last year. I backed him 2 years ago and got some place money back, ran last weekend and came a creditable 2nd to Price de Buchane (who has now been made 8/1 fav for the national) well worth a little at the price.

How'd you do in the end? I had a small 50p double on Moviesta and Kingcroat something or other, and it would have come in had Moviesta not been edged. 60/1 call aswell.

Should have put it on Moviesta, was at York last time it ran, very good horse.

Mate had a fiver on it too, and didn't think it won cause the tannoy pronouced it "movie-star" and he thought it was pronounced "mov-iesta" like Iniesta haha, dumb *bleep*kk.
Ahh. Moviesta came second. Watched the final moments of the race online. Lewisham just rolled along midfield and never really got going in there.

Anyways, I put on a placepot for Leicester tonight. Got both the winners in the first two races so far at 16/1 and 9/2. Next race I have Mr Lover Lover. Had a run on the jumps recently but got pulled up and this is it's first go on the flat. Interesting since Queally's riding it. 14/1 with William Hill.

I've put a fiver e/w on Lewisham in the 3:50 at York today. Was the only horse who really caught my eye. Won his recent race albeit on the a/w track but he has been placed in a few group 2's.

Won at 12/1 earlier. Made me a cool profit.
