you guys ever think this game might have a different starter pokemon .
something like pokemon yellow version ? that would be neat !

But this isn't a single version - it's two sequels to the first two installments. If you started with Zorua, they would be the same game. One of the versions needs another starter if that is the plan.

How about like in Yellow, but you start with Zorua, and you can get Snivy, Tepig and Oshawott along the way? Personally I'd love that, but it's just me
No. Definitely won't happen in a million years. The elemental monkeys only have one evolution and not two.
It's not exactly hard to give them another evolution. Look at Onix, Magmar, Electabuzz...etc.

If it is a continuation on Black and White, rather than just a re-run with different ending. It is possible to have new starters, and a whole new area to explore. Essentially a new game with same pokemon in a different area. It could work if you take into account N just leaves for who knows where. Maybe the game is finding him along the way.

I could imagine a Zorua as a starter and your rival/travel friends just have the regular starters or monkeys . My mind in a fantasy world right now , I want a dwebble starter !
