So once you beat him twice and get his crystal his stats are terribly weak. I checked the strat book and it says fully developed Attack goes over 800.. how does it get that high when he starts out at 3rd rank?

Yes, but if not for Noel and Serah you would have monsters at all. So with out the level and infusing monsters just can't stand up to Noel and Serah own their own.

While that's true, monster COMs have more damage boosting autos, so they net more out of really high stats than Noel or Serah.

If you follow a real set path you can get Serah and Noel over 1K for there strength(Noel) and magic(Serah).

True but Noels attack is already close to hitting 1K and Sera's in the 900s plus you wouldn't want to make things too easy now would you

You get it automatically. And you CAN'T get another one.
It's a unique monster. Close / Open the gate of the region will do nothing if you screw it So you better be sure of what you"re doing with him.

I have not got Twilight Odin let so my ? is = Do you get Twilight Odin automatically when you beat him or do you have to seal the gate and go though again to get him?
