Before I go on let me explain the name first because some people associate it with its more R rated refference.

The suggestion is a forum (doesn't have to be called The Cabaret) where you can go to hang out and have a mature conversation, it doesn't have to be intellectual, that's what the IE forum is for. It's a place where you don't have to put up with rubbish threads or peoples similarly rubbish behaviour, egos, or immaturity.

I've been paying attention more frequently to Lougnin' and the forum really just seems like a more elaborate 4chan and I just find it ridiculous that Neoseeker can't have a mature community of members. There are a lot of other gaming communities on the web that have more class than what I've seen in Loungin' as of lately and I think we could have that as well.

The forum is simple, if you act immature or get out of line you're out. No questions asked. Leave your age and ego at the door and act civilized in a tactful manner.

Unfortunately many of us discovered that we were really busy on Monday and wouldn't be around Neoseeker too much. I know this may push the boundaries of believability for some, but many of us have lives off the site.

(Okay, I lied about that but we nonetheless found stuff to busy ourselves with anyway. >.>)

I promise it's opening on Tuesday at some point. Better?

I've already lost interest.

It's pretty lame that people like Strawberryclock, who's infamous for being one of the biggest spammers in Loungin', are getting invited, but not the people who actually want to contribute.

lol, tbh, when I first saw the thread's title at first, when this suggestion was recently posted, I also was kinda confused in why there's a need for another comedy forum before I went in, and it became clearer on what the actuall suggestion was about.
