The Beetle makes everything better. Certainly a lot easier than trying to stab their weak point.

Yeah it is distance, and when there are two of them it's a pain because you attack one, it flies back, then the target auto changes to the closer one who is on its feet.
I don't know their name but the blue lizard things were very annoying when you're against two at a time. Whenever you smash one to the floor, you can't finish it off because the targeted enemy changes to the one who isn't on the ground. By the time you change back, he's on his feat again. This was horrendous game design.
Lizalfos are way more awesome in SS. I used to keep focus for a Fatal Blow fine though. Perhaps you're being affected by something like distance.
Nice to see you again, DQ junkee. Jabbing Skulltulas is a huge pain.

pretty much any enemy that requires very precise swings, because my wiimote ALWAYS loses its calibration when they appear. this included lizard guys skulltulas and ghiraham.

Demise can certainly punish you if you miss him with the finishing blow, that's for sure.

I just missed sometimes because of silly things. Other than that I thought the move was great in terms of being responsive, effective, etc.
If I remember right, I used bombs against the Cursed Bokoblins.

Many enemies gave me trouble with the Fatal Blow finisher.
No matter how many times they were beaten down, they kept dodging it nearly every time.
