I just got to Mayfil and after beating the Feyrbrand and Regole spirits, I am going back to gather Stardusts and enough gold to get 2 Legend Casques, and another Phantom Shield.

So I need to gather 30k in gold. I don't have a whole lot of patience for this, so what [Other than the yellow bird/00Parts] is the best place to farm gold?

I don't want to do the special monsters quite yet, because I'd like to also level Darts additions while I gather the Gold. Perhaps by time I max out Blazing Dynamo, I'll move onto farming special monsters.

Ok: Hello, guys.

If your looking for a neat way to off them birds, all you need is that item (Sachet)((I think)) you buy from the arena in the trading town Loahn. Sachet, (if its what i'm thinking of) is an Item that "Eliminates minor Enemy's. (If its not a sachet you can assure its the only attack item sold at the ticket stand in Loahn among the tree items being ______<---attack item. healing rain and the famous Spirit potion . anyways not getting off subject haha. peace out and go kill them birdies get yourself some money. ps rainbow bird on ocean route to Rouge area. try seeing what IT gives LOL

Ps: Currently re playing the game and if you have strong defense party members and you own a turbo controller and you wanna kick it maybe do homework or whatever, throw on turbo attack with all three holding ulti-wargodz and stand them in the death frontier where monsters endlessly attack them.

Well, from my experience, if you level up your characters high enough, along the way (I trained in Vellweb cuz it has a healing spot and a store within three screens) you'll end up getting enough gold to get 3 Legend Casques. If you stick those on Dart, Albert, and Kongol, they'll officially be kick-butt enough to take on almost anyone, no other fancy stuff needed.

Well, getting the Phantom Shields are okay, but the Legendary Casque and Armor of Legend, you don't need them at all.

Lol. My mistake I read some of the guide as I was doing it. I apologize. I am going to restart the game soon I hope and if I happen to find anything online as to how to find some of the items if you've sold them I will let you know.
As I stand now, I have to do this only with
-1 Pair of Bandits Shoes
-1 Bandit Ring
-3 Sallets
-Magic Sig Stone

Idk... I don't think that will cut it at all. I, at the very least, need to have Wargod Amulets.

Edit:

Yeah, I just tried to kill 4 of them. The first one I killed, but still missed once. The last three I missed 3/4 hits and it killed someone before it ran away. I guess I just gotta grind gold 70+ at a time in Aglis. Oh well.

Edit Edit:

I"m going for another alternative. You can get Sachets from the Piggys in the Home of Giganto [I know for sure, because I've had them drop a couple when I was on Disc 2]. I read that the Rainbow Bird gives 2000 XP and 1000 Gold. [I read somewhere else that it's just 3000 XP, so I guess I'll find out when I do it].

I'm going to go for that.

Edit Edit Edit:

MEH! lol... the drop rate of Sachets from Piggys is only 1-2%... meaning, it takes from 50-100 battles just to get ONE to drop. Meh, not worth it. I think I'd rather just grind it out in Aglis :/

Edit Edit Edit Edit: [LOL]
I found a decent area in Mayfil where each Trio of monsters give 100-150 Gold and 490-560 XP. That's pretty nice. I'm just gonna grind it out there.

To be honest, that guide you posted is crappy lol.
It says

"I think that the cursed jar or some other monster near the yellow bird drops it."

Don't think so.

"Dancer's Shoes: This item is for the female characters only. You
can buy this item from Denningard later in the game."

No... you can't. Fail.

"Bandit's Shoes: I only have one of these. I think you can get them after a fight with a boss at the home of Giganots."

No... you get the only pair in the Death Frontier.

Idk... the guy doesn't seem to know what he's talking about.

/Edit

Meh... I just found out the only pair of Dancers Shoes were the ones you get in Kadessa, which I also sold, not expecting to ever have to use Rose, Meru, or Miranda [Outside when you have to].

I've pretty much screwed myself lol.

Yet another fail =
"Magical Grieves: You can buy them from Ulara later in the game.
This item increases your speed by 10 points."

The Magical Grieves in Ulara give Magic/Physical Evade... NOT speed. Wth was this guy smoking?

It just gets worse and worse... there is also-
"Bandit's Ring: Found in home of Giganots, and bought from various
towns later in the game.".

NO, NO, and NO... you cannot buy them ANYWHERE! LOL!

I have read various guides from him; and he is right most of the time. The chance of those monsters dropping it might be really low but it is plausible. You will never find out unless you try it really.

Well... I got a huge issue.

Earlier in the game, I sold both of my Wargod Amulets, and apparently you can't buy them anywhere or get them from any monsters. However, the guide posted, unsure of it, that monsters can drop them near Bale... idk, I doubt it.

I need to go get 2 more Bandit Rings from Home of Gigantos and buy 2 Dancers Shoes for Rose and Shana.

I was going to try explaining it but if you read this FAQ it will explain it alot easier than I could. It shows various tips and items that you can use to defeat them.

Well, I've already got Blazing Dynamo, I'm getting the Magic Signet Stone now.

Any tips on killing them? I've never tried farming them before. I spose I'll need everyone with Wargod Calling for accuracy, Bandit Rings and Boots for speed, and the Signet Stone.

But I've read the 00Parts have 6 life. At 1 damage a hit and only 3-5 turns to kill them, how do you go about dealing 6 damage?
