Alright, I'm trying to boost some activity for the forum so I'm posting a thread that I don't think has been posted yet, and I'm curious to hear peoples' preferences for Online Versus Multiplayer.
I don't use the SOS or the Retro and I like having my Gnasher "plain" most of the time...

I use female characters, I didn't even know about the difference in hitboxes and I'm not sure how many other people do, so I think it's slightly unfair to say people do it to gain an advantage, because that's certainly not the case with me. and besides, I'm not sure how big a difference it could actually make, I can only imagine it's minimal
A RAAM going up against an Anya. Yeah, there's a difference and advantage/disadvantage depending which one you're playing as.

And you're a bitch if you play as the female characters with their small ass hit boxes. I've ran into whole teams using them. Still owned them hard, but it just makes it so much more difficult which is unfair. Teams shouldn't have an advantage solely on the character they choose. Characters shouldn't influence gameplay period. You mentioned you hated using RAAM, and for good measure. He's so damn wide and his hitbox is atrocious and so easy to kill.
are the hit boxes actually different though? in other games all characters have the same hit boxes regardless of aesthetic difference, it would seem strange if that were actually true.
plus it doesn't matter that much anyway, cos everyone just uses shotguns most of the time =P
