i know a few people who claimed to get a Luthia code from it when the qst first came out they told me later they never got 1 and just wanted to troll people

We played FOW 2 a gazillion times because the fights were so demanding...never ever got a code, none of us. A member of our guild said he got a Lavyrne code from the Death drop but he was also the one trying to make us believe that we can farm codes from statues once our guild climbs up in the Level. No comment.
My impression is and was: Codes are available in Vell 6-11 and that's it. Too many people played it, the few who claim to have received a code never showed any proof. If I ever find a code in FOW 2, I will have my digi cam ready in a heartbeat lol.

OP I believe this is just a ruhmor I have never gotten a code in anything else but vell/apex...

Never ever once heard about anyone getting a code from anything but a Vellgander reward box. Heard ppl joke about getting them in Cat/FoW but that's it.
The guide book is so full of errors and misinformation that anything its says lack any form of credibility.
The reward rate of codes in Vellgander is about 5-7%, 1 in every 15-20 runs. Several ppl I know have farmed all the 20ish codes needed to +20 their Madoras weapons and all report running 300-400 of the relevant guest. NONE have ever said they gotten a code from anywhere else.
I believe Cat/FoW code drops to be nothing but a myth until someone can post some VERY CLEAR evidence (like a vid) of it happening.

Me and my friends did that quest several times for the sensui top and pants and nobody got a code till now
I checked my guide book too- same thing. I don't know anybody who has gotten a code from FoW2. Maybe that person didn't realize they got a code in vell, checked their inventory after the quest, saw it, and assumed it was from FoW. It's interesting that the guide book calls it "Unique Incorrupti Drop Items."
She said right after we kill luthia.

One of the player in FOW2 today said that she got luthia code in second fight. Guidebook says codes are drops from unique incorrupti(wizel,dinivas,larvayne,luthia,madoras,adolmaea) by that logic they should be droping codes but in the same guidebook under photos of incorrupti there is no codes only stones and ark types. Il try few runs of fow2 today and see if i can get one.
