Similar to scizorking13's "What type would your gym be?" But this is for the elite 4.
I'd use grass. It's my favorite type really. (Event though my favorite pokemon is Rayquaza)
Why don't we list the pokemon we'd use?
I'd use Serperior, sceptile, Breloom (maybe), Tropius,Simisag, and Venasaur.

Loving some of the teams here I'd have to be steel, they'll always be my favourites. My team would be: Scizor Lucario Empoleon Metagross Bronzong Ferrothorn

i agree i think they are good and they can learn good moves like thunderbolt, thunder, volt tackle, volt switch, shock wave and thunder wave. my fave electric pokemon has to be pikachu.
I have always thought how cool it would be to a member of the elite four.. i would have to say dark. ever since the dark type came out i have loved it. Grimsley was lame though.
My team would be: Umbreon Weavile Houndoom Tyranitar Hydreigon Zoroark
just because they are cool haha my secound choice would be water type.

without any question either ghost or dark or psychic. the ghosts in geneeration 5 were pretty good looking but i also think we need more ghosts next generation. poison seems to always be left out too and i never understood why, i think the both usually end up being the most interesting looking and fun to use pokemon in the game!
and can anyone please explain to me what has happened to the poor electric type since generation one? i mean the whole use for them has been totally useless and they are the one type of pokemon i truly just see no use for what so ever, they need a revamp.

Water has always been my favourite type, I've used 1-3 in my team on my playthroughs in all games.. every time. So that would probably be the type I'd go with.
I'd like a water/dark team too, but steel is always gonna win
