Season 2 hasn't even started yet and I already love Discord.

Yeah. It's not like anybody ever uses the spoiler tag for actual spoilers. This may be the first time it was used as intended.

No reason to still not use the spoiler tag.

A YouTube version of the Wired clip:
Spoiler:Spoilers ahoy! Seriously, don't click if you don't like spoilers.
And since talking about this clip is bound to be spoileriffic...
Spoiler:Possible spoilers, beware!
First of all, I love trickster gods. They're some of the most interesting figures in any mythology. They're also some of the most powerful, if not in their brute strength, then in their ability to manipulate others. Loki brought about Ragnarok, Coyote and Raven created the world (and/or people), etc. One thing they all have in common is that they're instrumental in moving the character development forward.
The way MLP production team tackled Discord makes me squee with joy. A cunning and powerful trickster god instead of an angst-y Nightmare Moon 2.0? Brilliant! He definitely looks the part of the personification of discord and despite his goofy appearance, there are some very creepy undertones to him. As for power, well he took away their wings and horns like it was nothing. Definitely not something to sneeze at. I can't wait to see him in action.
