As suggested by Origin, all the stickied threads are beginning to look rather unsightly and are taking up much of the front page so, this the the newly combined EV Training and Breeding Guides thread. ^^
Feel free to comment and ask questions on anything related to either guide. ^^

Help! I'm trying to train a Nidoran (Male) with Pokeruse (Lucky me!) and a power bracer! I want it to have high HP, Attack and Speed. However, when it levels up, I'm not seeing too much of a difference. I already gave it 5 Hp ups, 10 Proteins, and 5 Carbos. Am I doing anything wrong or should I just keep fighting pokemon with the correct EVs?
Just keep on going! You won't see the true difference in stats until level 100. Just keep boosting the EVs as you wish and make sure to keep track. If you had a side by side comparison of a level 100 Nidoking un-EV trained and EV trained, you would see a big difference in stats and abilities in battle. Just keep it up.

Do you have any power bracelet or power lens you don't need And if i trade my pokemon with another that has pokerus will both have pokerus?
I personally don't have any extra ones, but they are not hard to get since I think they are like 1 BP a piece in the Battle Subway. And in order to spread Pokerus they just have to be in your party at the same time and battle with the one with Pokerus a few times until it spreads.
