So according to what was shown and the dialogue, our body count before Ultear loaded her last save game was...
Gray, Bacchus, Droy, Macao, and possibly Gajeel although he could have just been seeing an regular attack.

Yeah, its really quite sweet that she died saving Gray's life and she didn't even realise it. Its quite clever to give everyone a one minute foresight. Probably a lot of pwning gonna go down next week

I more or less agree with this. As long as Ultear stays dead, then it's not too bad. And really, it's a fairly nice way to remove her and her haxxed powers from the story, and saving everyone's lives - even if she never realizes it - is a pretty good close to the whole redemption arc she had going.

It's pretty obvious is it not that Gray will be alive again by the end of the Arc? It is however quite a clever twist - last week we were thinking "yeah theres no way Present Rogue is actually gonna die", but now he kinda NEEDS to for Gray to come back to life. I'm predicting a lot more characters are gonna start dying now to make the situation ever more desperate - and then some a small team will head into the past to prevent this from happening.
