Carry on my good fellows, carry on.

There Mac, the deed is done.

Darknet, give Spider-Girl a go. Fun teen hero stuff. Big reason why DC picked up DeFalco really imo for the same.

Darkness is a wild ride. It has it's ups and downs... and quiet a bit of crossover with Witchblade.

Current Punisher run is great. Period. It's wrapping soon and leading into a Punisher War Zone mini where the Avengers take a shot at Frank.

Update: I finished Invincible and Exiles. I have a half hour break at work and all I have is a protein shake. So in my spare time I read comic books.

Invincible is great. Exiles was good but only the first 100 issues. Kind of lost quality with New Exiles and Exiles volume 2. But still an okay read. Gonna continue on to The Darkness.

Then I was thinking of..... Spider-Girl!

So, Mac, how is that Punisher run? I heard the Punisher, as of late, has been sick.

ctrl, the Amalgm comics were done as a part of the Marvel V.S. DC Crossover way back in 1996. I think there were about 20 or so of them printed, and then they were done. I believe Darkclaw was probably the most popular, but they were never intended to be long lasting characters. Just a sort of fun one off.
Yeah. They did a Spider-Boy one, too. I never knew the origin of the series, but I thought it was funny that they werre blatant mash-ups. They had a Superman/Captain America series, too.

Threw out my back today. Can't move very well. I'm not joking, I listened to Stan Bush's "The Touch" to motivate me to move and get going.
Ice ice baby. But seriously, ice it. When you get that inflammation down, then apply heat to loosen up the tense muscles, thereby making it easier to move again.

Mister MacPhisto or Faust, whatever happened to AMALGAM comics? I am still sitting on a bunch of #1's from them, and now they aren't even around? Were they absorbed by DC or something? Remember "The Dark Claw" where they did a merge of Batman and Wolverine?

Get well soon, Darknet!

However, they give autographs dated prior to their formation a free pass. Interesting FYI, yeah?

So really, I think trying to "force" more books to them is part of it...

Yeah I saw that it only helps if it is signed by an author or artist, and with a CGC representative present for authentication. I didn't know if it worked like sports memorabilia which is something else I like to collect.

Hey Mister MacPhisto, out of curiousity, what is the value of something after you've had it signed by either the writer or artist of a series or issue?

What Faust said. There can be a lot of fakes out there. But there's also signed and certified books now and again... and CGC signed books either certified or qualified. Though even then it depends on the book and who it is.
