I only have 12 gigs a month so even if they did do it i wouldn't be downloading any GC games, they are just to big. The only way i would is if they made a deal with internet providers.
Sorry to say this but you're pretty much going to be the minority. Considering most PC games I buy are at least 10GBs to download each (and don't get me wrong, it takes forever) but things like download limits really aren't relevant anymore. The fact that they're ONLY going to be 1GB is a godsend.
This is just a good thing to me. I've got my Wii and Gamecube if I need to play my Gamecube discs, and I'd love to be able to a pick a few titles up off the marketplace I never had the chance to get.
Edit: oops noticed it's an old thread. Sorry for the quotes!

If I want GameCube games on the Wii U, then I need to sell the GameCube, the Wii, and all the GameCube games. P.S. Sorry for the almost 1 month bump.
This completely made my day disintegrate into nothing.
You seriously don't play GameCube games anymore? Shoot, those are some true classics.
I would love GC games on the Wii U, if you can use USB flash drives/ HC SD cards to put them on once you complete them and need to save some space. Even if we can't do something like that, though, I would definitely download a couple of my favorites if they come.
