As of today (July 14th) the new Minccino C-Gear skin
has been released. This event ends July 12th 2012.
The password is (PGLWELCOME)Exactly as typed there.

Go to Pokemon-gl.com, login, and click promotions.
Click the Minccino C-Gear skin.
After waking up from the dream world and retrieving your pokemon from game sync, your C-Gear will update.
