I see that no one has started a thread like this yet and so I'm taking the plunge.
First of all post any Halo 4 Images that pop up on the internet here.
Any rumors you heard about as well would also be appreciated.
If any facts about the game are given out to the general public, this should also be the place to post them.
I would like to start off by taking an observational note from the Halo 4 teaser in which we see Master Chief who has either a Jet Pack, which if that is where did it come from and does it mean there will be abilities in Halo 4, or a Re-entry pack, which we all know usually attaches itself to a person when inside the seat of a ship.
Also Master Chief Blows open a door/ wall/ obstacle with a pistol looking thing. However upon closer inspection this is no ordinary pistol, it launched some kind of "Explode on Impact" projectile. He also loads up another shot. This could mean that we are getting new weapons, or the ability to change how a weapon works depending on ammo. Now I think that if it is new Weapons then there will be a lot of new weapons, maybe replace most of the current existing arsenal.
Finally because this is halo 4, I am almost guaranteeing that the beloved Battle Rifle will be making a triumphant return, hopefully alongside the DMR, but this is all speculation.
I wonder...If Master Chief Meets up with the humans again, Will he upgrade to MJOLNIR Mk. VII???

I'm thinking that was the second level. Those GameInformer scans talk about the first level, which starts off on the Forward Unto Dawn.

Unless already stated, it's been 100% confirmed that the Flood will NOT be in Halo 4. Just saying <3.

LOD-Squa, they had some sort of cure, or genetic disposition, or something, but it's not detailed in the first two and I don't think the third one is out yet.

Thanks for the interesting back story Axe. This is one of the reasons as to why I am interested on reading the books. I have to get it from one of my friends so i can fill in the whole story.
