I need to Decide whether to Buy Portal 2 for PC or PS3. I would rather buy it for PC because it is Cheaper but I would like to know if it will run smoothly on my computer...

You can't redeem your PC version from PS3 right now anyway because of PSN being down.

Your computer won't be able to run it anyway. Your computer is using a low end integrated graphics chip. Portal 2 may not be a rig killer, but it's not a complete lightweight in terms of resources either.
So yeah, unless you're planning on getting a new computer at some point (and have a fair bit of cash to build one, or a lot more cash to buy pre-built), just stick with the PS3 version. For the future you'll have Portal 2 on your Steam account when you finally get a good computer.

No you get a Steam code in every copy of Portal 2 on PS3.
