The general idea behind this is to stop the traffic of "I just caught a Shiny _____" and "What was your first Shiny in Black?" Threads. Anything shiny related in your game should be posted in here and if not, I'm sure some helpful members (and moderators) can direct you to this thread. Okay, so what should go in this thread? Here's a list of some:
I just caught a Shiny
What was your first shiny
Which do you think is the best/worst shiny?
Why does Victini have a shiny sprite? (random, I know)
Etc etc. Basically as aforementioned, anything shiny related needs to be in here.

Eggs? I'm pretty sure stats and the shiny-status is determined as soon as you pick up the egg from the daycare. So, I think a no if I understand your question.
2. What are the chances that you don't get a shiny after getting 1366 eggs and hatching them all
Chances are always the same. Not sure what the chance rate is, but it's the same percentage chance for each egg.
3. Is there any better way to get Shinies on Black/White?
Hmm, don't think so. I've heard RNG'ing is useful, but you need to follow instructions exactly, and just sounds complicated imo.
I tried to answer everything, though mechanics abuse isn't my strong suit. x3

I will be certainly trying my shot at the RNG method during the summer. ^^
You must travel to the highest mountain in the Fifth Circle of Hell and fill out the form.
I tried so hard for a Masuda Shiny Munna but failed. ;-;
I think it would take less time to learn how to RNG catch a shiny munna/musharna and get one compared to relying on the masuda breeding. Plus you are able to rng as much as you want instead of get just one poke. There's an rng help thread on the trade forum.
