quote Ditnopotafrom what ive seen everyone who states an opinion im criticized for basicly having an opinion, some worse then others but the worst ones ive seen is mainly when im at school which im not suprised by when im surrounded by people who one a daily basis state their opinion about people's sexuality calling every one and everything a *bleep* which i find extremely retarded.
NOTE: The Stinger, this sort of reminds me of that DR2 debacle where everyone chewed you out for stating your opinion on the game. Must this happen everytime people disagree on Neo?
quote DitnopotaThat's pretty much it, in a nutshell.Aeirou isn't a fan of this style of game, and we should be an accepting enough community to let him state his opinion.
quote callanrocksI actually had a rather good response thought out and everything by the second page, but then i realized that aeirou is just too closed minded to accept this game, kudo's, please stop coming here for the sake of arguing with us if you are not willing to consider our arguments and just label us fanboys, I can't think of a time this has ever been more true, the console war faulters in comparision to your reluctance to accept the difference
quote ShaneI expect nothing except for the game not to be halfass. If a game HAS online, it should at least be good. Bulletstorm has 3 game types, 32 of which are exactly the same except for a points system/leaderboards.quote AeirouSo you're saying you enjoyed Enslaved more then Bulletstorm because you expected less from it? Sounds to me like you expected too much from Bulletstorm and that's where your problems are coming from. The game never promised an online - and while it was short, it was fun.
Bulletstorm never promised to be an online masterpiece, or ANY kind of masterpiece for that matter. It was a game that doesn't take itself seriously and took pot shots at other games that have become the standard in the genre. If you expected a game that was gonna redefine how FPS game are played or a script to rival Metal Gear Solid then that's pretty much your own fault for entirely missing the point in the first place.
