Just tell us about the last time you died or seen someone die.

The last time I remember dieing was when Ajax went and dug a hole straight down, and I fell into it and died. So I filled it with chickens while he was still in it.

The last time I seen someone die was when me and Benedict and shavedzebra were making a quarry and me and Ben had GodMode on and zebra didnt and it turns out TNT + Human = Bad

Or when we were exploring a cave and someone tried to beat me to a diamond by jumping past me and bounced off me into the lava.

Last time I died was from hunger (I hate that part about Hard Mode)

Last time I saw someone die was on a PvP server and they got stuck in spawn, I used the distraction as a way to get past the Attacker.

The last time I saw someone die would have to be when they were swarmed by mobs inside, whilst I fled to my house at the start of a survival map. The last time I died, would be when the mobs subsequently went after me after my friend had been finished off xD

I was working on my mob trap/cactus farm tower yesterday and a creeper dropped down and blew up. It was one of those fall damage towers, but since I accidentally flooded it with water, the creeper didn't die when it fell. But the water prevented it from blowing up my house

The last time I saw someone die was this morning when I killed my friend for snooping around in my chests

i was playing on a server with my friend, and we were way off the map, no one else was there, and we decided to dig for caves.
we found one, and my friend decided to mine some iron he saw on the ground.
so, it fell.
the noob he is, nate decides to jump into the hole to get his iron.
he falls into lava.
(the preceding story is what would happen if nate were a noob)

Last time I died was because of that *bleep*ING STUPID "Oh, you have windows in the walls of hte second floor of your house surrounded by a big wall surrounded by a lake with torches lighting up every square nanometer of the fort, you must be inviting a zombie to attack you in your sleep." bug.

while trying to build a skydeck on my initial testrun

i had an idea to build a skydeck (basically a BIG spire coming out from the top of the house) which results in numerous deaths while placing blocks - wanted to check ou the map (and it's a good idea for that, basically i'm surrounded by forest)

Last time I died was raiding an enemy base by myself... I had nothing important on me though, I lost 64 arrows which could be replaced by a chest full of arrows I have and bows are one of the easeist thing to make. Last time I saw someone die was probally some new n00b falling ino my mob trap. The guy had some good stuff so I guess the mobs should be happy to see some1 die b4 they do

Details: On blkackiron there is a command called /nuke which drops tnt on everyone, however it doesnt actually saffect the ground (by rejoining the server it fixes) however it does hurt people. Which is hilarious.
edit: 1666 post. I wanted it on friday the 13th, but saturday the 14th is good enough.

Only off by a few months...  

I accidentally did //set 7 instead of //walls 7 with WorldEdit while I was in the selected area. 
(Non-Worldedit  user version) I got stuck in a giant box of bedrock.
