Hey guys. Welcome to the dream journal of Kingx2! He has some of the most vivid and crazy dreams you can't even imagine. Oh how he wishes he could draw them professionally. Anyways, let me stop talking in third person so I can give you a run down on how this is going to work.
About
I'm a pretty sane and chill guy most of the time. But I have a crazy imagination, so when I hit the pillows, it runs wild like a gazelle through the savanna. I remember my dreams multiple times a week. Once in a while, I'll get one that stands out and I remember well for months. A select few I remember for years, just because it paints such a mental masterpiece I can't let go.
I almost never get nightmares. My dreams don't always have happy endings, but since I have very few actual fears at my age, it's tough for me to experience a legitimate nightmare. Some of my dreams are so great, in fact, that they inspire my writing and projects I create. Some things you experience subconsciously would never even enter your brain pattern while awake and fully conscious. So they can be very useful!
I've never kept a dream diary, but creating this thread, I can now say I have. I'll update it every time I have a dream I can remember enough to post, so there will be some days I'll leave you hanging. Ready? Alright, let's do this. =D

Ever had an amazing dream you only half recall? Man, do I hate it.
Birthday Boy November 30th, 2012
In the beginning of the dream, or as far back as I could remember than night, I was in a large, open field with someone else, and there was a colossal jellyfish high over head. I recall the tentacles most vividly, zapping the brush all around us.
Eventually, we make our way to this outdoor wooden staircase that led down into a beach house. Now that I think about it, the sand below the staircase and all the vegetation was similar to the Carlsbad State Beach I went to last summer with some friends. Certainly a memorable place, which is probably why my subconscious hung onto it.
We end up in a kitchen. Realizing this now, it was similar to a kitchen in the house my friend stayed in when he worked for the forest in the summertime last year. Now, I don't recall what we talked about in this kitchen, but all I know is soon we were on our way to this party.
Then the dream shifts. I'm in the midst of an enormous lake. Me and a bunch of friends are standing in sand, which surrounds the hole, and watching a huge pillar of rock rise from the lake. When the pillar stopped rising, we walked across this bridge over through a doorway that was carved into it, and crowded around another hole that lied inside the pillar.
It came to my knowledge that I was the leader, so I jumped in the hole first, into water. Everyone followed suit, holding their breath and swimming in my lead as we traveled down the hole, and out an underwater crack in the pillar. Now, we were swimming freely under this lake.
Eventually, we come across another staircase. At this point, all our bodies somehow become like iron, so we sink. We're forced to walk up this staircase, to who knows where, and I'm starting to lose all the air in my lungs. But everyone just keeps pushing me along, assuring we'll get there alright.
When I absolutely thought I was going to drown, I find myself able to breath under the water, like I suddenly grew gills. Then the dream shifts again.
Now, we're all in this hallway, and we exit out the sliding glass doors of someone's suburban home. When we emerge onto the grass, I hear all this cheering and talking. I realize we're all finally at the party, because everyone is dancing to music and just having a good old time.
Now, this next part really pissed me off and at the same time, depressed me. Turns out, this get together was a birthday party. The birthday boy, who I know I recognize from somewhere, is the happiest guy you could imagine at first glance. Everyone is high-fiving him, giving him hugs, the guys are bro-fisting him, etc etc. This guy isn't what pisses me off or depresses me, though. In fact, I'm his best friend. I pat him on the back as he's making his way through a sea of people.
Then without warning, the dream shifts again and I'm back at the same party, but something horrible has happened: my best friend is dead. Nobody knows how he died, and either do I. Like I said, it made be super angry and when I woke up in the middle of the night (real time), I was a bit sad. Like I had just watched a movie where a happy-go-lucky character was murdered.
Depressing ending right? Well, maybe no so much. I fell back asleep and my dream continued on, and when I finally woke up to sunlight outside, I was happier, and the anger was no longer there. But for the life of me I can't recall a single event from that second dream. FFS!
intoxication: thanks man! yeah, I can still remember most of it. the feeling was unforgettable.

Whoa so I had a really neat dream last night definitely worth sharing. I can't believe my mind came up with it.
On the Moon February 14th, 2012
I first remember starting off in this sort of metal house, which I was supposed to stay in for a while. I was forbidden by some people to go outside, I come to find out, because I was on the moon and would die if I went out without a spacesuit. Realizing the situation, I had no choice but to stay in the house. I recall the room I was in to be circular, with three doors leading out onto the Moon. What was funny was the fact that there was fake grass and buildings outside, made to look like Earth. But there was no hiding the nearby gray mountains, strange dirt and Earth clearly visible just beyond the horizon.
Eventually, I was able to leave the house without a spacesuit. There was some kind of invisible 'bubble' over my area so I could breathe and walk around just fine without any need for a suit. the catch was this was only going on for 20 hours, so if I was still outside when that time was up I would be screwed.
So I ventured out on the moon and walked along the fake grass. I felt my lungs and head wince just a little bit, like my body was trying to adjust to the artificial oxygen and pressure I was experiencing. Even though there was oxygen, I was able to bounce around the place in zero gravity just like the moon. It was a very strange feeling.
I recall being in sort of a Chinese themed area, with pagodas and dojos all around the place. What I really wanted to do, however, was to take a picture of the Earth with myself in the picture, so I could show my friends back on Earth of my unbelievable vacation I was on. But for some reason, I could never take the picture right. I was able to get myself in the picture, but I kept cutting out the Earth behind my shoulder.
Then all of a sudden a voice rang throughout the area. The bubble was beginning to collapse, so everyone was to be inside immediately or else they would die. Frantically, I rushed to my house only to find that all the doors and windows had been airtight shut. Panicking, I grabbed a nearby glass bowl, which was convieniently on the ground, to put over my head. Somehow, I was still alive, yet my breathing was becoming very hard. I could only breath very small amounts because there was very little oxygen in the bowl. Finally, someone let me in to the house, but they screwed themselves over too. The whole house's oxygen was gone in a split second, so everyone had to find a makeshift oxygen tank just like me.
We stood there in that circular room until the bubble was restored. Finally being able to breathe again, I went to take my picture another time. Instead of going outside again, I decided to take it from the kitchen window. I finally took the picture and was looking forward to my friends' faces when they saw where I had been.
Then I woke up to the real world. FFS.

Here it is!
The Great Escape December ??, 2011
Where I started off on this whole shenanigan is unknown to me. The first part I remember is me and my brother crawling through an air vent to escape some Nazis who were after us. Me and my brother are both Jews in this dream so you can see why we're such a target. >_>
We escape the air vent and then we somehow get to this building with a bunch of empty rooms and hallways. We sneak around until we run into this mutant Nazi monster thing. He freaks out and starts firing at us, missing. We run down these corridors until we get to this empty room with a high ceiling and ledge about ten feet up on the left side. Somehow, both me and my brother jump onto it and hide in the back of it where we can't be seen. The Nazi comes in the room to search for us, but can't find us. My brother wraps himself in this blanket he found and whispers something to me. then all of a sudden my brother stands up and the Nazi spots him. The Nazi blows him full of holes and now my brother is dead. ):
I escape this maze of empty rooms until I come out into this train station into the sunlight. The city looked much like my hometown, and everyone was just minding their own business. I think I'm in the clear and set out to just go home. But out of nowhere comes this siren and a loud voice that says there are Nazis in the area looking for me. Looks like I'm running again!
Eventually I find myself in this sort of ceremony with a bunch of people sitting and listening to his guy talk on the microphone. The people in the audience are more or less prisoners. The guy, a Nazi, asks some kind of question and this American guy about my age in the audience speaks up and answers it. The Nazi goes over to him and makes fun of him. Out of nowhere, I stand up and shout over to him, "*bleep* you!" Along with other profound language, I insult him and his Nazi buddies to the point where they ask me who I am. I yell at the top of my lungs, "I'M A JEWWWWWWWW!!" The audience breaks into applause while I escape yet again. Everyone in the audience breaks free while the Nazis run after me. It was awesome.
I escape for a little while longer until I come to this suburban neighborhood. Something tells me I'm in Russia due to the design of the architecture. I somehow wind up in the backseat of this woman's car and try to keep myself as quiet as possible. The woman eventually figures out I'm there and screeches to a halt. I get outside and talk with her and she stops freaking out. She actually warms up to me and asks me if there's anything she can do to help me.
At this point I wake up and it's morning. Epic dream, huh?

Had a super weird and very frightening dream last night. I fell asleep on my couch in the basement at about 1AM after playing some video games. I haven't had a nightmare of this magnitude since The Stairway to Hell.
Mind Freak December 29, 2011
Like all my dreams, I don't know what happened in the very beginning, but I was walking along a pathway much like the one at my university. The building I was walking to was many stories tall and had two huge front doors. The weather was sunny, the grass was green, and everything just seemed to be bright and cheerful outside. For some reason I was feeling at extreme discomfort. This was probably why: The building I was walking towards was a campus building, but it was originally an insane asylum.
I walk in the building and the interior looked like it hadn't been cleaned in decades. There was this eerie Fallout 3 feeling about it. This reminded me much of Vault 106 on the game. If you guys have ever played this game, you would know what I'm talking about. It's been a week since I've even played this game.
I'm walking down this hallway and come to realization that I'm going crazy. I'm having some kind of mental breakdown and I don't exactly know why. I run for quite some time throughout this building until I come to this dark room. It looked much like a bar. But this was no ordinary bar; the place had staircases and wooden bridges and an endless ceiling. This also reminds me of Little Lamplight on Fallout 3. But the freak thing about this place was what I was seeing: random people walking towards and then just disappearing into nothing.
The room was dark to begin with, but every time these people walked towards me the room would light up. When the people vanished, the place became dark and misty. I was super scared. Fallout 3 doesn't scare me really but this dream was a real nightmare. This was all on top of my really believing I was going insane.
I run out of this building into the bright sunlight again. I'm pretty much hysterical and people are staring at me. I remember saying something about saying 'I would do anything for peace of mind'. Haha, no kidding.
My brain really scares me sometimes. I feel at unease just typing this out, haha. When I dive into the subconscious all hell can break loose. This is a classic representation of the title I gave this thread.

Lately I've been having loads of dreams but by the time I get on here I forget them.
Totally didn't mean to abandon this thing...

This dream I had the other night was an unusually lone one. Usually my dreams shift from one completely different scene to another, but this one just seemed to follow one long story. It was wild. Not to mention someone I've never met before was in my dream. It was all quite spooky.
Strangers and Aliens July 9, 2011
First thing I can remember is walking up these stairs with this girl I've never seen before in my life, but she just so happened to be my soon-to-be girlfriend. We meet up with this guy, who notices us holding hands and gets jealous, so he throws a fit, mainly at the girl. Dude stomps off and that's the last I see of him.
We're walking along, talking about things I can't recall, when we meet us with two of my best friends, and a third who I haven't seen in a long time. We meet them in a sort of courtyard, something you'd find at a garden. It was strangely familiar.
One of them then suggests we have a race, to see who can reach my house first. We all agree and start the race. We run through the gardens, around a fountain, down some sidewalks and down the streets of a neighborhood I wasn't familiar with. The sun was setting, so it was getting dark fast.
Soon, however, I realized that everyone had gone. Even the girl I was with. I was running alone. Soon I reached my house and went inside. My family was inside in the kitchen.
Then I start to hear this very peculiar sound coming from outside. I run outside to see this GIGANTIC alien spaceship falling from the sky. It was making this really eerie and super loud ringing noise. It was falling very slowly, though, and by the time it was almost to the ground the sky was dark.
The spaceship finally hit the ground about two blocks away from my house. A HUGE explosion blew up the surrounding houses and launched flaming debris all over the place. A fireball landed in my backyard, setting it on fire.
I then proceeded to put out the fire with the hose, just when it was about to reach our house. I successfully doused the flames.
Then came the freak out of my family. All I can remember is my grandma being there and explaining their appearance.
"Transparent heads with no necks, razor sharp scythes and hovering. And hostile."
I remember being freaked out about an alien invasion. Just after, though, I woke up. It was the middle of the night.

I have no idea what could have triggered this dream. Playing Halo maybe? =o
