After watching the new trailer which showed more live action cinematics, im starting to wonder if the cutscenes will be live action as apposed to in-game. What do you guys think of this? If its true, im kinda cool with it as long as they look nice as the trailers, because thats some high production scenes.

I wanna know some multiplayer information though. Resistance 2 was fun but it had quite a few flaws.

According to a statement from Insomniac live action is strictly for the trailers. It won't appear in the actual game. That's what the article on Gamegrep says anyway.

I'm generally not a fan of live action in video games. Unless it is heavily blurred or edited it tends to jar my immersion. If Insomniac was to do it well though, a bit better than what we've already seen. Then I could see it working.
Don't think it will end up going into the actual game though. It's just the angle they're doing with the marketing.

I hope they aren't.Though I don't hate live-action movies in-game like I do live action trailers, I'm still not very fond of them in-game.
